فراخوان مناقصه عمومی تامین مواداولیه شرکت سرمایه گذاری دارویی تامین(15تن آیوهگزول و 50تن آیودیکسانول)

شرکت سرمایه گذاری دارویی تامین در نظر دارد مواد حد واسط  APA6(200 تن )،  ADCA7(50 تن) و مواد اولیه (15 تن) آیوهگزول و(50 تن) آیودیکسانول مورد نیاز شرکت های تابعه خود را از طریق مناقصه عمومی خریداری نماید.

لذا از تولید کنندگان و فروشندگان اقلام فوق تقاضا می شود قیمت مواد اولیه را با ارز یورو، یوان، روپیه و نرخ تبدیل به همراه تکمیل فرم QF-2025 و برگه آنالیز مربوطه تا پایان ساعت 16:00 روز چهارشنبه مورخ 1404.02.24 به آدرس ایمیل tenderholding@tpicopharma.com  ارسال نمایید. در صورت نیاز به اطلاعات بیشتر با شماره تماس 23539111-021 داخلی 153 تماس حاصل فرمائید. خواهشمند است به موارد ذیل توجه فرمائید:

1- از ارسال هر گونه رونوشت به غیر از ایمیل فوق الذکر (سایر ایمیل های شرکت سرمایه گذاری دارویی تامین و شرکت های تابعه) اکیدا خودداری فرمائید.

2-خرید مربوطه در صورت رقابتی بودن قیمت از منابع مورد تایید انجام خواهد پذیرفت شرکت کنندگان در مناقصه می بایست مدارک معتبر مبنی بر نمایندگی و یا دارا بودن مجوز فروش از کارخانه تولید کننده به همراه اعلام قیمت به ایمیل اعلامی فوق ارسال نمایند. بدیهی است از پذیرش قیمت و شرکت در مناقصه بدون رعایت مورد فوق، خودداری می گردد

3-شرکت برنده مناقصه ملزم می باشد با توجه به درخواست خریدار ( به هر میزان مقداری) با ثابت نگه داشتن قیمت اعلامی در مناقصه با اعتبار 6 ماهه پروفرما صادر نماید.

4-برنده مناقصه ملزم به ارائه تضامین معتبر(طبق اعلام و نظر کمیته اعتبارسنجی شرکت های تابعه ) حداکثر به مدت یک هفته بعد از درخواست شرکت

می باشد. (عدم ارسال تضمین مورد درخواست در زمان مقرر منجر به حذف آن شرکت و انتخاب شرکت بعدی به عنوان برنده مناقصه خواهد بود.)

5-هرگونه نقص در تکمیل فرم QF-2025(دانلود) موجب عدم شرکت در مناقصه خواهد شد.

6-محموله های ارسالی می بایست حداقل دو سوم نیمه عمر قفسه ای را در زمان ورود به گمرک ایران داشته و کلیه الزاماتGMPو مشخصات فیزیکی و

شیمیایی شرکت خریدار و سازمان غذا دارو را دارا باشند.

7-بدیهی است از پذیرش قیمت و شرکت در مناقصه ، شرکت هایی که موارد فوق را رعایت نکرده باشند خودداری و در صورت عدم رعایت تعهدات توسط شرکت برنده مناقصه از حضور آن شرکت در مناقصات آتی تیپیکو و شرکتهای تابعه جلوگیری خواهد شد

8-هلدینگ تیپیکو و شرکت های تابعه مجاز به رد یا پذیرش قیمتهای اعلامی و برگزاری مناقصه می باشند.

A Public Tender for Purchase of Pharmaceutical Intermediate & APIs Materials

Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO) intends to purchase the required intermediate materials, 6APA (6-Amino Penicillanic Acid 200Tons), 7ADCA  (7- Amino deacetoxycephalosporanic Acid 50Tons) And APIs, Iohexol (15Tons), Iodixanol (50Tons) for its subsidiary companies through a public tender. Therefore, manufacturers and suppliers of the above items are requested to submit their price quotations in Euro, Yuan (CNY/RMB) , and Rupee (INR) currencies along with the conversion rates, the completed QF-2025 form, and the relevant certificate of analysis (COA), no later than 16:00 on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, to the following email address: tenderholding@tpicopharma.com.

Please kindly note the following points:

1-Strictly refrain from sending any copies to any email addresses other than the email mentioned above (including other email addresses of Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company and its subsidiaries).

2-The purchase will only be made from approved sources if the pricing is competitive. Tender participants are required to submit valid official documentation of their agency or sales authorization from the manufacturer along with their price offer to the above mentioned email address. Companies failing to adhere to this requirement will be refrained from price acceptance and participation in the tender.

3-The winner is required to issue a proforma invoice with a six-month validity, based on the buyer's requested quantity while maintaining the quoted price unchanged.

4-The winner must provide valid guarantees (as per announcement of credit evaluation committee of the subsidiaries) within a maximum of one week after the company’s request. (Failure to submit the required guarantees within the specified deadline will result in disqualification of the first winner and selection of another company as the tender winner.(

5-Any incompleteness or failure to accurately complete the QF-2025 form (attached) will result in the disqualification of the tender participant from the current tender.

6-The shipped consignments must have at least two-thirds of their shelf life remaining at the time of arrival at Iran’s customs and must fully comply with all GMP requirements and the physico-chemical specifications of the purchasing company and Food and Drug Administration of Iran (IFDA).

7-Companies failing to comply with the above requirements will be excluded from both the acceptance of the price and participation in the tender and if the winner company fails to meet their obligations, the winner will be prohibited from participating in future tenders of Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO) and its subsidiaries.
